Integrating Technology for Active Lifelong Learning (IT4ALL) is a Moodle learning management system website founded by Dr. Nellie Deutsch (see LinkedIn), an experienced campus-based and blended learning teacher in 2006. Check her Youtube channel for more.
Dr. Deutsch founded the initiative in 2006 to offer educators and other professionals online courses in academic writing including MA thesis and doctoral dissertations, Moodle training for admin, managers, and teachers, and a platform for anyone to teach their very own courses by renting space to develop and teach tuition-based courses with full support.

Doctoral Dissertation Writing (DDW) is a 12-unit hands-on or self-paced instructor-led workshop to help doctoral students write (a) a doctoral proposal, (a) the first draft of a doctoral dissertation, (c) final draft of the dissertation. Participants will work on each of the 5 chapters and the references, table of contents and appendices. Course members will receive one-on-one mentorship and coaching throughout the process.
The chapters will be reviewed by Dr. Nellie Deutsch. The participants will receive comments within 1 week after completing the chapter, so that the first draft will be ready for submission by the end of the course. Participants may work at their own pace.
This is an advanced academic self-paced instructor-led on online course. The emphasis of the course is on research writing and articles. The course is for native or near native speakers of English who are in undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate programs and/or instructors who are required to write journal articles. It is not suiting for doctoral dissertation writing.
The emphasis of the course is on the paragraph and learning through practice. Participants will receive one-on-one mentorship and individual attention to their writing needs. The course begins with the paragraph and progresses on to essay writing. Participants learn to identify and use rhetorical modes and methods of development, to apply writing strategies in developing ideas, to write paragraphs and essays with unity, substance, and clarity; to develop effective sentence structure and variety, and to identify and correct errors in their writing. The major purpose of the goals is to give students the skills required to put together a well-organized paragraph in preparation for a research paper.
Dr. Nellie Deutsch, an experienced academic writing coach will help students acquire the skills required to put together a well-organized research paper as well as edit students' past, current, and future papers during the course.

The participants will learn about buying a domain, hosting services required for a Moodle installation, and installing Moodle on a domain. The members of the course will practice installing the latest Moodle on a domain provided by the facilitators. The participants will learn to set up and manage a raw Moodle. The workshop is based on hands-on activities where participants learn by doing.

About the Workshop
Moodle for Administrators (M4A) is an instructor-led self-paced workshop for anyone who wishes to be an administrator of a Moodle website. The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Nellie Deutsch, an experienced teacher and admin of a few Moodle websites and coordinator of Moodle for Teachers (M4T) workshops.

You will speak Japanese online with a professional Japanese language coach by your side. Only you and your coach will be able to view your responses. You will speak on specific topics and your chosen topics using various presentation tools such as Knovio and Voki and other recording tools such as Poodll (audio and video). You will prepare your conversation (topic) with the help of a teacher, speak about your topic in a live online class on ZOOM or Google Meet, record the live event and share the recording.
Speak Japanese Online provides students with the opportunity to learn Japanese at the comfort of their homes or office. The course is self-paced and is suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students who wish to improve their Japanese skills. This course caters to all learners by providing individualized instruction.
The workshop is available for 8 weeks with a one time fee.
Elementary Japanese I (JAPN G111) is an annual 8-week course. Participants of the course will study basic Japanese language an online course in blended or online programs, face-to-face course, or any program related to instruction and learning. If you have not studied Japanese writing system that is Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji, you are available to attend the course. The course focus on speaking Japanese and listening Japanese.
The course content includes how to express greetings, numbers, times in Japanese, and studying two basic sentence structures that is nouns and verbs.
TESOL online is self-paced with a coach by your side. This is a practical course for teachers who wish to teach English to speakers of other language online and face-to-face using technology. Teachers will learn about teaching techniques for the 4 language skills and then practice the techniques in the course practice area by creating lessons. Dr. Nellie Deutsch will provide ongoing support. At the end of the course, participants, who qualify, will be able to take the TESOL Online Certified Course and receive a certificate from a university in California, USA. Teaching online is very rewarding, especially when you're in charge of your very own course. However, the platforms generally charge for the space, dictate how you design your space, handle payments, limit Moodle plugins and add Google ads (if it's Moodle) or take a percentage of teachers' earnings.
You can now rent space to teach online (RS2TO) on this Moodle Learning Management (LMS) site, charge tuition if you wish, and take all your earnings. The rental cost is $620 per course for up to 12 months. The fee includes all the plugins (activities and resources), certificates and badge features, recording (audio and video), Big Blue Button, Jitsi, Poodle language learning plugins, and full support on how to design and teach your course. You may work alone or with other teachers for the same price.
